Nelson Santa Parade Route 2025

Departing Montgomery Square at 1pm on the dot
Turn left into Hardy Street
Turn left into Trafalgar Street
Continue along Trafalgar Street
Pass over Trafalgar Street Bridge
Turn left into Hathaway Terrace, continue around to Trafalgar Park carpark. Disembark participants quickly then exit with vehicle and trailer via Trafalgar Street Lane turning left into Trafalgar Street
Santa and his sleigh will finish at the Trailways carpark for photo opportunities
Marshalls will be on hand along the route to guide you and maintain the correct speed limit for the parade

Bridge Street

Halifax Street

eBus Route 1, Route 3 and Route 4 will be detoured. See eBus website for information.

Rather than struggling to find a carpark, consider taking the bus!

Routes 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be operating from The Brook, Atawhai, Tāhunanui and Berryfields.

The Sunday Markets in Montgomery Square are still going ahead, you will be able to access them from Rutherford Street.
